Ep32: Turn Off The News!

Inspiration for this l'il podcast comes from a song  that Lukas Nelson (Willie's son) wrote, called Turn Off The News (Build A Garden) and it's right on right on right on. We get bombarded by negative media constantly throughout the day on TV, radio, and social media. Well, it's high time to weed out all of this garbage friends; of course we have to stay informed to some degree but we also have to live our lives and be happy. Let's pick out the stuff we want to hear - that which truly informs us on things pertinent to our lives - and block out the rest. Love all y'all!
