Seneca was a Roman Stoic philosopher from 4 BC to 65 BC, but his teachings and writings are still very significant today. One of the most influential Stoic thinkers, his teachings and writings focus on ethics, self- control, reason, and how to live a good life in the face of hardship. Does that sound familiar?
