Why Do Energy Vampires Drain Us?

Energy vampires - toxic people - can literally and figuratively suck the life out of us. Sometimes intentionally malicious, and other times they just don't realize it, but ya know, we've got our best lives to live. We all try to be good listeners and all, but let's cut out the BS artists and narcissistic folks that drain us of our energy, not to mention precious time from our days. Just say no! Truth right there, and I love all y'all!
